MC'd by Frida Berrigan - a longtime member of WRL, the author of It Runs in the Family: On Being Raised by Radicals and Growing into Rebellious Motherhood, and a columnist for WagingNonviolence.org
Featuring:
Jendog Lonewolf - a Two Spirit BlackNative Photographer, Hip Hop Lyricist, Cultural Worker, and facilitator from Bushwick, Brooklyn. She navigates a myriad of spaces challenging stereotypes & issues at the intersections of class, race, gender and sexuality.
Karen Malpede, author/director of 23 plays produced in the U.S. and abroad, is an ecofeminist, pacifist, poetic playwright. Her “theater of witness” addresses wars, climate change, the U.S. torture program, refugees, acts of healing and resistance.
Christopher Hirschmann Brandt is an activist, writer and translator, and long-time member of WRL. He teaches poetry in the Peace and Justice Program at Fordham University. His poems, essays and translations have been published widely in journals and anthologies.
Josh MacPhee is a designer, artist, and archivist. He is a founding member of both the Justseeds Artists’ Cooperative and Interference Archive and the author and editor of numerous publications, including Signal: A Journal of International Political Graphics and Culture.
