Shipping

Orders are usually shipped within 7 to 10 days. However, orders do sometimes take longer to ship. If you need your order by a certain date, please let us know.  You can enter information in the comment section at checkout, or email us at orders [at] warresisters.org. We will work with you to get your order delivered on time, if it is at all possible.

We ship by US Postal Service Media or Priority Mail or UPS, depending on the size of the package, the shipping destination, and the quickest method of delivery. Media mail, for the items that can use it, is the least expensive for us.  USPS Priority Mail is not express or overnight mail. Depending on where a package is being shipped, delivery can take a week or longer. Normal UPS delivery time is 4-5 working days, or 8-10 working days to the west coast.

Rush Orders

Please let us know if you need your order sent quickly. For an additional charge, we can ship by UPS Second Day or Overnight mail.

Backorders, Exchanges, or Refunds:

If an item is temporarily out of stock, we’ll e-mail you to let you know. If any of our merchandise is damaged, defective, or the wrong size we will gladly exchange or replace it.
