REGISTRATION AND HOUSING INFO

If you haven't yet registered, you can do that online  or just come to the registration table at the conference.

We'll do our best to respond as quickly as possible.

Where to Go Once You Arrive

Please take a look at the campus map on our website. This identifies where the buildings referred to below are located. We have plans to post signs (with arrows) and will have several Georgetown University students available to help point you in the right direction!

Everyone coming to the conference will need to check-in at our conference registration table, even if you have pre-registered.

  • This is where you will get your conference packets with all of the weekend's details.
  • This will be set up at the Intercultural Center (ICC).
  • Our registration table will be set up from 5 pm to 8 pm on Thursday, August 1st. On Friday our registration table will be open from 8 am to 8 pm, and on Saturday from 8 am to 6 pm.

If you are staying with us on campus you will also need to check in for your room assignment.

  • You need to check in for your housing at the Kennedy Residence Hall Office. That's where you will get your room assignment, your room key and your visitor card.
  • Our rooms are all in Reynolds Hall, one of the dorms in the SW Quad next to the Kennedy Residence Hall.
  • Please note that you cannot get into your room until 4 pm!
  • You can check in for your housing at any hour, the Kennedy Residence Hall Office is open 24/7.
  • When you check in you will need to show a photo ID.
  • People who are sharing rooms do not have to sign in at the same time, both of your names will be listed.
